Calibration

Pressure Gauges
We have Deadweight Testers with which we can calibrate pressure gauges ranging from 4psi full scale capacity to 10,000psi capacity. We can also calibrate vacuum and compound gauges with this equipment. The loads produced are accurate to 0.1% or better. Our Deadweight testers are calibrated with masters traceable to NIST. Testing is performed in accordance with ASME B40.100, ANSI/NCSL Z540-1-1994, and MIL-STD-45662A.

We do not repair gauges but can make necessary calibration adjustments on gauges with provisions for this. Unfortunately many gauges manufactured today are permanently sealed making calibration adjustments impossible. We can perform a calibration verification on these items, but cannot correct an out of tolerance condition.
